Privacy Policy
How we handle cookies, analytics, and third-party advertising on the site.
What we collect
LootLore is a content site. We do not require an account and we do not collect personal information for editorial purposes.
We currently do not run any analytics service on this site. No page views, referrers, or visitor sessions are tracked by us. If we add a privacy-respecting, cookieless aggregate-analytics provider in the future, this section will be updated to name the provider and link to its data-handling disclosures before it is enabled.
Cookies
The site does not set any cookies of its own. If you use the in-page search, the query stays in your URL bar and is not persisted.
Advertising
LootLore does not currently serve advertising. We may add Google AdSense or a comparable display-ad network in the future. If and when ads are introduced, this section will automatically identify that advertising technology is configured, and — for visitors in regions that require consent — we will surface a consent banner before any personalized-ads cookies are set. Until that time, no third-party advertising cookies are placed on the site.
For background on how Google ads handle data once a site enables them, see Google's ads policies.
Third parties
- Hosting provider. Standard access logs (IP, timestamp, request path) for security and abuse monitoring.
- Analytics. Not in use today. If we add a privacy-respecting aggregate-analytics provider in the future, it will be named here.
- Advertising network. Not in use today. Once enabled (Google AdSense or similar), it will be listed here together with a link to its privacy policy and a description of cookies it sets.
Regional rights (EU / UK / California)
If you live in a region with data-protection rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you can request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of personalized advertising. We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.
