Response times

Editorial corrections are prioritised and usually addressed within a few business days. Partnership and press inquiries are reviewed in batches; we follow up only on requests that fit our coverage. Reader questions are read, but we cannot guarantee an individual reply.

What we cannot help with

We do not provide account recovery, ban appeals, refunds, or in-game support for any title. Those belong to the publisher or developer of the game in question — please contact them directly via their official channels.
