Elden Ring Nightreign Mastery Hub — Every Nightfarer, Nightlord, Relic, and Build Path

How a Nightreign run actually works
Each Limveld run is 3 in-game nights. Night 1 and Night 2 are about clearing field mobs, mini-bosses, and Everdark Sovereign overworld objectives to level up your Nightfarer's class skill + flask + weapon scaling. Night 3 ends with the Nightlord fight at the chosen altar — that's the run boss. Win the Nightlord and you keep a relic + permanent-progression bonuses; lose and you keep the relic but reset the run.
The 8 Nightfarer classes have different kits but every class scales off relics, status buildup, and weapon synergies. The night-by-night strategy guide covers the field-scaling loop; the class guides cover individual kits; the relic and build guides cover the meta-progression. This hub keeps every link in one place.

Frequently asked questions
Which Nightfarer is best for a first run?
Wylder — balanced strength + bleed kit, the most beginner-friendly class skill, and decent passive scaling on any relic loadout. Ironeye is a strong second if you want pure damage at range. Avoid Revenant and Duchessa as your first run; their kits depend on advanced relic stacking. The class tier list covers the current cross-class ranking; the Wylder build guide covers the recommended starter build.
How do relics work in Nightreign?
Relics drop from Nightlord kills and from Everdark Sovereign mid-bosses on Night 1 and 2. They slot permanently into your character at the Roundtable Hold between runs and grant stat boosts, status buildup, or special effects (e.g. extra flask charge, faster ash-of-war regen). Each relic has a tier from common to legendary; the relic tier list ranks every relic by build use, and the relic farming routes guide covers the fastest farms.
What is the order of nights in a Limveld run?
Three nights total. Night 1 — clear field mobs and 1-2 mini-bosses to level up. Night 2 — push for an Everdark Sovereign for the high-tier relic drop + flask upgrade. Night 3 — go straight to the chosen Nightlord altar and fight the run boss. Each night the world map gets harder, and on Night 3 the Nightfall (the closing storm) limits where you can move. The night cycle explained guide covers the exact timing.
Can I solo all Nightlords?
Yes, but the recommended setup is 3-player co-op for the harder Nightlords. Solo runs are viable on Wylder, Ironeye, and Recluse with a well-rolled relic loadout, but expect 3-4 attempts per Nightlord. The Nightlord boss guide covers solo vs co-op tactics per Nightlord; the co-op strategy guide covers class composition for 2 / 3-player parties.
What is the best status effect to stack?
Bleed for most Nightlords (consistent damage proc + heavy stagger build), frost as a secondary because it amplifies the next hit's damage. Rot is the highest single-proc damage but slowest to build. Sleep is niche but invaluable on a few Nightlord phases. The status buildup tier list ranks all five statuses and notes which Nightlord is weak to each.
